Are squeaky toys safe to leave with a dog?
Supervise a new toy first. Any toy with a squeaker should be taken away once the outer layer is opened, whatever the maker claims about durability.
Does catnip work on every cat?
No. Roughly one cat in three does not respond to catnip at all, and kittens under about six months usually do not. Silvervine is the common alternative.
What is a puzzle feeder for?
Slowing a fast eater and giving a bored animal a job. They work best replacing part of a normal meal rather than adding extra food on top.
Do the laser toys need batteries?
The rechargeable models say so on the listing and include a USB cable. Battery-powered ones list the cell type and whether cells are included.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Transit is around 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), giving a total estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $25. Below that a flat $3.99 applies. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the date of delivery. The conditions and the process are set out on our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before it is dispatched — see the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
